All items sold by Calhoun Creations are handmade, which means each piece is unique and made with care.
2. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in certain situations, such as:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
4. Reporting Issues
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
5. Return Shipping (If Exception Applies)
If a return is approved under special circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
